This is a 12×14 cabin/tiny home timber frame. These timbers for this project will consist of Red Oak that was perfectly selected by our sawmill sources. It will have a small loft that will be able to fit up to a king size bed with night stands. The other side will be a cathedral to the peak. The main level can fit two full-size recliners with a kitchenette and wood stove. The exterior can also be completely customizable with any kind of siding and roofing preferred. *Please note that any accessories such as recliners, night stands, wood stove, electrical, etc. will not be included in current pricing.*
